The articles and guides here are general information. They do not replace advice on your particular case.

Company and tax rules in Vietnam change often. We date every article. If you find something out of date, tell us and we will check it at source.

Before you act on anything here, call us and we will confirm it against your actual file.

Prices

The prices published on this site are Tư Vấn Sao Việt package fees for the procedure named, and they include the government fees.

Services marked “on request” are quoted file by file.

The express package carries a surcharge agreed per file, settled with you before we start.

The quote tool on this site gives an estimate from what you select. The binding quote comes after we have seen the actual file.

Timelines

Timelines on this site are working days, counted from the moment a valid file is accepted by the authority. Weekends and public holidays do not count.

A timeline can run longer if the authority asks for corrections or additions, or if the documents you gave us are incomplete.

What we need from you

Genuine, valid documents that match the national database.

Prompt notice of any change while we are handling the filing.

A file returned because the details you gave us were wrong will take longer, because it has to be done again.

What we are responsible for

Drafting the file correctly, filing it with the right authority, and following it through to a result.

Granting or refusing a licence is the authority's decision. We do not promise an outcome that is not ours to decide.
