What we collect
What you give us when you get in touch: name, phone number, email address and the content of what you write to us on Zalo, WhatsApp or by phone.
The documents and details your filing needs: a copy of your ID card or passport, the lease or proof of premises, proposed names, charter capital, the list of business activities, and details of members or shareholders.
We do not ask for and do not store payment details on this website.
What this website collects
The site sets no tracking cookies, runs no third-party analytics and stores nothing on your device.
The page fonts are stored on and served from this website itself. When you are simply reading the site, your browser makes no connection to any third party.
Links to Zalo, WhatsApp and Google Maps open only when you click them.
What we use it for
To draft, file and follow up the application you asked us to handle.
To contact you about that same application.
To meet our own record-keeping and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information to advertise anything on behalf of others.
Who we share it with
The authorities that receive your file, and only within the filing you asked for: Sở Tài chính tỉnh Gia Lai, Phòng Doanh nghiệp và Kinh tế tập thể for company filings; the commune or ward business registration office for household business filings; the tax office that manages you.
Digital signature and e-invoice providers, but only if you order those services through us.
Beyond that, we do not sell, rent or trade your information with anyone.
We never name clients in our own promotional material. Real situations described on this site have been anonymised.
How long we keep it
The retention period is not one we chose. It follows accounting law: clause 5 of article 41 of the Accounting Law 88/2015/QH13, together with articles 12 to 14 of Decree 174/2016/NĐ-CP.
At least 5 years for accounting records not used directly in the books or in the annual financial statements, that is, documents kept for the firm's own management.
At least 10 years for accounting records used directly in the books and in the annual financial statements, for the books themselves, and for the annual financial statements.
Once those periods expire, or on your request for anything we are not required to retain, we delete your data.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, see it, and receive a copy of it.
You can ask us to correct anything wrong.
You can withdraw your consent, restrict our processing or object to it, even while a filing is under way.
You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to retain.
You can also complain, report a breach, go to court and claim damages as the law provides.

How long we take to answer
The deadlines below are those of article 5 of Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP, in force since 1 January 2026, which implements the Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025/QH15.
First response: 2 working days from receiving your request.
Access, correction, or a copy of your data: 10 days; 15 days where a third party is involved.
Withdrawing consent, restricting processing or objecting to it: 15 days; 20 days where a third party is involved.
Deletion: 20 days; 30 days where a third party is involved.
Each deadline may be extended once only: by no more than 10 days for access, correction or a copy; 15 days for withdrawing consent, restricting or objecting; 20 days for deletion. We must tell you why.
